The Ozoids live in a strictly hierarchical tribal culture in which the best  individual in a network regins and is given loyalty. This authoritarian tendency of their culture made the Ozoids born fighters. This philosophy is reflected in their ship designs which use excellent offensive systems, but have weaker defensive measures.

The concept of trade is mainly ignored by the Ozoid's since this requires a degree of insight into opposing interests. Ozoidian freighters are rare and are usually found only for support of military operations. Therefore Ozoidian worlds suffer from periodic shortages of resources, which are usually only compensated inadequately through production efforts.

Each race has a different need for resources the Ozoids need the following:

  • Iron: 12.5%
  • Aluminum: 8%
  • Mercury: 11%
  • Silicon: 15%
  • Uranium: 10%
  • Krypton: 16.5%
  • Nitrogen: 5%
  • Hydrogen: 1%
