The time in which we almost flew blindly through space, is finally over. Thanks to the AT4-scanner, we now have the opportunity to detect foreign ships or even entire fleets on our screens in space. That is a big step forward! The Andorian Tork Mark 4 recognizes all the objects in our vicinity more or less reliable through outgoing waves of energy. The energy waves collide, for example, from outer hulls of enemy ships, return to the scanstation and allow us to locate the exact position of the object.
