Cost of buildings and construction time on the main planet

All cost relate to the main planet. Construction on the colonies will cost x1.2 more. Furthermore the cost displayed is without the influence of free market economy or planned economy.

The construction times displayed in the tables below are only aproximates. Construction time depends on the construction attribute of your commander, and also whether you are building on the main planet or on a colony. The construction attribute reduces building time by 1% for each point set. Additionally, depending on whether the political alignment is set to free market economy or planned economy, the construction time decreases or increases. Experiments by other users indicate that build time on a colony is 1.1425 times higher than on the main planet.

Construction time for the colonies: 6/5 the main planet time.

Let call c the value in construction of the commander in charge of the planet and e the value of your economy in your gov building ( +5= all the way to the left and -5 all the way to the right so by default ( in the middle) it's 0 )

and x the construction time below

Your construction time will be: x*(1-(c+e*10)/200)) ( and *6/5 if it's a colonies.)
